DEEP DIVE PROGRAM: Onboarding in Private Practice
This 2+ hour course will take you through the process of getting started in private practice.

t is primarily designed for group practice owners/directors to download and share with their staff and contractors as part of their onboarding process.
This will ensure that all new staff have a solid understanding of what working in PP is all about.
The content is broken down over 6 modules that will each take you around 30 minutes to complete.
All up, we cover the basics of:
confidentiality
psychopathology in PP (common presentations and what that means for your day-to-day operations)
funding bodies (e.g., Medicare, TAC etc)
communication with clients
And it includes a bonus module (dealing with panic attacks, automatic negative thoughts and how to respond to a data breach).
This course is comprised of nearly 3 hours' of specially recorded videos (not a recording of a live session) and once downloaded you can use this content for onboarding all your new staff indefinitely.
