    If you're navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or grief (including the loss of a beloved pet), then you'll want to book an appointment with Mathew. 

    Mathew, along with his therapy dog, Winston, creates a calm, supportive space where you’ll feel heard and understood. He has a special interest in working with neurodivergent couples, offering tools to improve communication and connection, drawing on his own lived experience and professional focus.

With a special interest in supporting neurodivergent kids and teens, Audrey uses mindfulness and trauma-informed approaches to empower all her young clients (and their families) to build confidence and real emotional resilience.
