For therapists, clinicians, and professionals purchasing or engaging in any of our programs, webinars, workshops, membership offers or supervision sessions, here are some common questions.

Training & Workshops

✔ All webinar sales are final—once access is granted, refunds will not be provided.
✔ If you experience technical difficulties, please email hello@12pointspsychology.com, and we’ll assist you in accessing your content.
✔ For live workshops & supervision sessions, check out the Risk-Free Guarantee for each event. -
✔ Non-attendance is not a valid reason for a refund.
✔ Workshops – All workshops are recorded, so live attendance is not required. If you miss the session, you will receive a copy of the recording within a week. However, please note that watching the recording means you will not be able to participate in the interactive components of the session.
✔ Individual Supervision – The same policy applies as for regular therapy sessions: At least 2 full business days’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, or the full session fee will still be payable.
✔ Group Supervision – Group supervision sessions are not recorded and are limited to a maximum of 10 participants per session. If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please let us know as early as possible so we can:
Provide access to relevant materials.
Explore transferring you to another session (where available).
Offer the spot to another participant who may be waiting.

Supervision & Coaching

We provide clinical supervision for:
✔ Provisional psychologists.
✔ Registrars seeking clinical or counselling endorsement.
✔ Fully registered psychologists seeking ongoing professional supervision.

✔ Yes! If you are a registered or provisional psychologist, all 12 Points Training & SPARKS events count towards your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours. Your paid invoice/receipt serves as proof of attendance for your records.
✔ If you are governed by another registration body (e.g., Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or similar), we recommend checking directly with them to confirm how our sessions align with your specific CPD requirements.
