SPARKS-Aligned Quarterly Workshops

Make Your CPD Work Double-Time—For You and Your Clients!

Early on in my career, I just assumed (as most therapists do) that CPD was all about skills acquisition. Learning more and more clinical modalities and methods so I was more likely to have the exact right tool or phrase at a crucial moment. But no matter how many workshops and webinars and lectures I attended; they didn’t seem to be helping me feel more confident in that therapy room.

So then why was that the only PD on offer? And if I want to work on the confidence part, did that mean I’d have to go find a silent yoga retreat or something?! (my ADHD brain’s idea of hell on earth!)

Because the truth is, most professional development is purely focused on what the client and clinician THINK we need to achieve good outcomes.

But what if that’s wrong?

What happens if we focus on both the client AND the therapist’s well-being in our CPD hours?

What if every workshop you attended helped your clinical practice and your own well-being at the same time?

That’s exactly what our SPARKS-Aligned Quarterly Workshops do!

12 Points Psychology and Training Webinars Danielle Graber

Our SPARKS-Aligned Quarterly Workshops offer interactive, engaging training that strengthens your clinical skills while also helping you develop sustainable self-care and professional resilience.

Designed with therapist well-being in mind—so your learning also directly benefits you.

More Than Just a Lecture—These Workshops Are Interactive, Engaging & Fun

We know you don’t need another sit-and-listen lecture while you secretly check emails – especially on a Friday afternoon!

These workshops are interactive, discussion-based, and designed to be enjoyable—because learning should feel like a conversation, not a chore.

We encourage you to:
Set yourself up somewhere comfy—grab a coffee, tea, glass of wine, or even a cheese platter!
Think of this as a relaxed but meaningful catch-up—an opportunity to reflect, share, and learn in a way that actually feels supportive.
Engage, discuss, and ask questions—because the best learning happens through conversation, not just slides.
Block out this time for YOU—mark it in your diary, set up your space, and treat this as an investment in both your clients and yourself.

These four Friday sessions are designed to be a breath of fresh air in your CPD schedule—a chance to build skills, deepen your understanding, and connect with like-minded therapists in a completely non-judgemental, supportive space.

Why These Workshops?

Most PD programs focus entirely on clinical skills—important, but often missing the fact that both sides of the therapeutic relationship require (and deserve!) attention, care and nurturance.

Through a mix of discussion, reflection, and practical exercises, you’ll explore how these tendencies shape professional identity and emotional well-being, and how to shift towards more sustainable, self-compassionate ways of working.
