Nicole has over 15-years' experience as a counselling psychologist and brings a wealth of experience to her clients in various psychological therapies, each tailored to her clients' unique needs. She skillfully employs Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help individuals focus on meaningful aspects of life, overcoming negative thoughts and feelings. In Interpersonal Therapy, she enhances clients' social connections and relationships. With Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Nicole transforms unhelpful thinking into adaptive patterns, positively affecting actions. Her use of Mindfulness Therapy fosters a non-judgemental awareness of thoughts and feelings, and helps anchor clients in the present.
