Elizabeth is a Provisional Psychologist who completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master in Professional Psychology at Deakin University. She has 4 years’ experience working in community mental health, including headspace and the Anxiety Recovery Centre Victoria, in individual and group settings and has been completing her internship year with us here at 12 Points Psychology.
Elizabeth is dedicated to providing a safe and non-judgemental space in which clients feel secure to tell their story. Working collaboratively with clients, she aims to instil hope in living a meaningful and fulfilling life; helping them find their individual ‘road-map’.
Elizabeth will be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays to provide low-cost counselling services and intake sessions to new and existing clients until the end of April 2020.
These sessions will be skills-based and solution-focused and act as an additional support for clients who require more than the 10 sessions per year provided for under the Medicare Better Access Scheme.
Please speak to your clinician, or call reception for more information on how to access this service.
Elizabeth is also offering FREE sessions for those affected by the recent bushfires in Australia or the COVID-19 pandemic.
Elizabeth will be providing these sessions at NO COST and without the need for a mental health care plan.
Sessions can be face-to-face, online or by phone.
